Get reps' earnings

/organizations/earnings/:organization

Computes what each rep has earned over the given date range, based on the organization's pay rates (a rep's own rate override, falling back to the org default, per pay type). workspace restricts the computation to one workspace; calling-hours earnings are derived from call activity within 5 minutes of each other merged into sessions, so they stay consistent with the workspace filter. Any member can call this, but a regular member only ever sees their own earnings - byRep/totals are silently scoped to their own agent id.
