Get every rep's earnings-goal progress for their current period

GET 
/organizations/earnings/goals/:organization

Owner/manager only. Returns one entry per member who has an effective earnings goal set (their own, or a manager override), with their earnings so far in their own current period. Each member's period (daily/weekly/monthly) is their own goal's period, so periodKey/periodEnd can differ between entries.
