Dial out as an API calling user

/calls/api-users/dial/:organization/:id

Requires call-through-API to be enabled on your organization. Contact Lead Hero to request access, otherwise this endpoint returns 403. See Call-through-API.

Places an outbound call as this API calling user. Requires the organization to have call-through-API enabled, not be suspended for low balance, and have a billing group configured; the user itself must be active, seat-covered, and fully provisioned with a SIP username.
