Mint a WebRTC session token

/calls/api-users/session/:organization/:id

Requires call-through-API to be enabled on your organization. Contact Lead Hero to request access, otherwise this endpoint returns 403. See Call-through-API.

Issues a short-lived (5 minute) websocket token plus the call-provider WebRTC token needed for an active, seat-covered API calling user to connect and place/receive calls. Fails with 409 if provisioning has not finished, or 402 if its seat has since been revoked.
