Link or unlink an API calling user

/calls/api-users/link/:organization/:id

Requires call-through-API to be enabled on your organization. Contact Lead Hero to request access, otherwise this endpoint returns 403. See Call-through-API.

Associates (or, passing null, dissociates) an API calling user with a LeadHero member (owner/manager only). A linked user shares that member's seat instead of consuming its own; switching to drawing its own seat re-checks capacity and fails with 400 if none is free.
