Update an API calling user

/calls/api-users/:organization/:id

Requires call-through-API to be enabled on your organization. Contact Lead Hero to request access, otherwise this endpoint returns 403. See Call-through-API.

Updates an API calling user's name, status, or settings (owner/manager only). Reactivating one that draws its own seat (not shared via a link) re-checks seat capacity and fails with 400 if none is free.
