Get a payment receipt URL

GET 
/organizations/billing/bills/receipt/:organization/:paymentIntent

Returns the Stripe-hosted receipt URL for one of the organization's succeeded payment intents (e.g. a manual balance top-up). 404s if the payment intent doesn't belong to this organization or has no receipt yet. Owner/manager only.
