Finish subscribing after card authentication

/organizations/billing/subscriptions/checkout/confirm/:organization

Completes a subscription whose first payment needed card authentication. If the payment went through the plan is synced, otherwise the unpaid subscription is canceled and any free trial use is returned. Owner/manager only.
