Starts the organization's subscription with the given plan, seats, trial and promo code, charging the given saved card, which becomes the default card. Requires complete billing details, and termsAccepted from callers who have not accepted the Terms and AUP before. When the card needs authentication the response carries a client secret, followed by a call to the confirm route. A declined card leaves the organization without a plan. requestId makes retries of the same attempt safe. Owner/manager only.
